2 pounds boneless pork
4 Tlb soy sauce
2 cups crushed pineapple (save juice)
1 cup green onions (diced)
3 Tlb brown sugar
2 tsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Saute boneless pork in oil. When cooked, put in bowl to keep warm. Simmer in drippings the soy sauce, crushed pineapple, onion, Then add brown sugar, vinegar and pineapple juice. Then thick with 1 tlb cornstarch in 1/4 cup water. Add meat.
