1 pound bulk sausage
6 slices bread, crust removed
Soft butter
5 eggs
2 cup half and half
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry or regular mustard
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage until done. Crumble. Drain.
Spread bread with butter and line bottom of 9 x 13" pan with bread; spread sausage over bread; spread cheese over sausage. Combine remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour the mixture over cheese. Chill at least 5 hours.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes @ 350 degrees.
