2 c. oats
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. M & M's
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped peanuts

Preheat oven to 350. Mix together oats, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, and butter until crumbly; reserve 1 1/2 c. crumbs and press the rest into a sheet cake pan. Bake for 12 minutes. Mix sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter and pour over crust. Spread reserved crumbs, M&M's,chopped peanuts, and chocolate chips over all. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
