8 oz fresh mushrooms
4 green onions, sliced
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 pkg fast cook wild rice mix
1 can potato soup
8 oz velveeta cheese, cubed
4 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package directions. Meanwhile, saute onions, mushrooms and garlic in butter. To rice, add potato soup, milk and cheese. Stir well until cheese is milted. Add onions/mushrooms and stir well. Serve immediately or keep warm in crock pot.
