2-12 oz. bags of Tortellini Pasta (cheese or spinach), 8 1/2 oz. Artichoke Hearts drained, 1 cup Diced Tomatoes, 1 cup Feta Cheese crumbled, 1/2 cup chopped Black Olives, 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts, Dressing: 1,4 cup White Wine Vinegar, 1 T. dried or fresh Basil, 1/4 cup chopped Green Onion, 3 Cloves Garlic, 1 tsp. Dill, 1/2 cup Olive Oil

Directions:

Mix all of dressing ingredients together and set aside. Cook pasta, drain.Put together all of salad ingredients, add dressing, refrigerate for an hour. You may need to any a bit more Olive Oil if the salad is too dry after sitting for an hour.
