1 cup rolled oats ,1 cup oat flour,1/2 cup oat bran 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (or pecans) , 2 tbsp brown sugar( optional), 1 tbsp baking powder, 3/4 tsp salt.

2/3 cup skim milk, 1 egg, 3tbsp honey, 2/3 cup applesauce

Combine dry ingredients and mix well. In a separate bowl combine wet ingredients mix well.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well.
Fill each greased or lined muffin mold 2/3 full.

Bake @ 400F for 15-18 min.
