2 egg whites, stiffly beaten with 1 tsp. cream of tarter.
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine coconut, vanilla, and salt. Mix in condensed milk to form a thick paste. Fold in eggs whites. Drop teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for about 8 minutes, or until edges are golden browned.
