2 cups cooked fresh or canned Salmon, 1/4 tsp. Liquid Smoke, 3 T. Parsley, 8 oz. Cream Cheese, 2 T. grated Onion, 1/2 tsp. Salt, 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans, 1 T. Parsley

Directions:

Mix all together except the nuts and parsley. Form into a log or a ball. Rolll in the walnuts that have been mixed with the parsley. Chill. Serve with crackers
