1/4 cup warm water
2 dry yeast packets
4 1/4cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 1/4 cups lukewarm water
2 Tbs olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Pour warm water into a warm large bowl. Sprinkle in yeast and stir to dissolve. Add 2 cups of flour and then your salt and sugar. Mix together. Add the lukewarm water and oil and beat until smooth. Mix in remaining flour and knead on a lightly floured board until elastic. Shape into ball and turn in a greased bowl to coat all sides. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm, draft-free place until double in size (about 1 hour). Punch dough down and divide in half. Makes two 14 inch pizzas. Spread out onto pizza pan and add sauce (see pizza sauce recipe), toppings, and cheese. Bake 35-45 minutes at 375.
