1/2 cup Wesson Oil, 1/2 cup Chili Powder, 6 cups Chicken Broth, 1/2 cup Flour, 1 tsp. Cumin, 1/2 tsp. Oregano, 1/4 tsp. Salt, 1/4 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a hot fry pan add the Chili Powder to the Oil, over medium heat add the flour, stir to mix well, slowly add the chicken broth. Let it cook for 4 or 5 minutes, stirring often. Add the rest of the spices and turn to low. It is now ready to use for Enchiladas.
