4 cups cooked, diced chicken
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup celery, diced small
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbs lemon juice
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Add chicken to bowl, sprinkle the salt over the chicken. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, and pineapple. Mix well. May add more mayonnaise if needed. Serve on a bed of lettuce with fruit or a blueberry muffin.
