14 oz caramels
2/3 c evaporated milk - divided
1 chocolate cake mix
3/4 c melted margarine
1 c chocolate chips
1 c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350║. Spray a 9 x 13" pan with Pamę and lightly flour. Melt together caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Mix together 1/3 cup evaporated milk, the cake mix, and 3/4 cup melted margarine. Press half of the cake mixture into the 9 x 13" pan. Bake for 6 minutes, sprinkle with the chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Spread with the caramel mixture, then crumble up the remaining cake mixture and sprinkle on top. Bake another 15 - 18 minutes. Cool in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set the caramel layer. Cut into bars.
