1/2 lb. spaghetti
1/2 c. Italian dressing, divided
1 onion, chopped
2 lb. medium peeled and deveined shrimp
1 can black beans, drained
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti as directed on package. Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp. dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in shrimp, beans, and crushed pepper; cover. Cook 5 to 8 minutes, or until shrimp turns pink.
Drain spaghetti. Add to shrimp mixture with remaining dressing and cheese. Mix lightly.

You may also add chopped bell pepper and cilantro to this for more flavor. Enjoy!!
