1 Cup Diced Carrots
1 Cup diced potatoes
1/4 cup diced onions
2 Cups chicken broth (canned) or made from
bullion cubes and water
4 TLB Margarine
1/4 Cup Flour
dash pepper
dash paprika
1 cup shredded cheddar or american cheese
2 1/2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat broth to boiling. Add vegetables and reduce, cover and simmer fo 15 minutes. Melt margarine in sauce pan. Stir in flour, pepper and paprika. Add milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Combine white sauce, broth and vegetables. Remove from heat. Add cheese. Stir until melted. Serve immediately.
