Cut shortening into flour until crumbly. Add ice water slowly, a little at a time. Stir in just enough to moisten flour and dough forms a ball. Divide dough into thirds. Roll out on a lightly floured board. Cut into 4" circles. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Score each one so it can be broken. Bake for 15 minutes at 350º, or until done. Do not over bake.
