3 eggs or 3/4 c. Eggbeaters
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 3/4 cups canola oil, divided
3/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. Heinz Salad Vinegar or any cider vinegar
Blue cheese crumbles

Directions:
Directions:
The ingredients may be mixed with an electric mixer or in a blender. For blender, place eggs or Eggbeaters & sugar in blender; process just a few seconds for sugar to dissolve. Add salt, paprika & 1 c. oil; process until well mixed. Add ketchup & vinegar. With blender running, slowly add remaining 3/4 c. oil in steady stream until well blended & emulsified. Serve over salad topped with blue cheese. Makes about 3 cups.
