3 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
3 cups sugar
1 cup salad oil
4 eggs
2/3 cups water
2 cups pumpkin, 1 can

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour into greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350 for one hour.
