2 (10 ounce) packages of frozen chopped broccoli
2 (10.75 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. instant rice
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
1 (16 ounce) jar process cheese sauce
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Cook rice as directed on box (I like mine a little sticky)
3. Saute onions in butter or margarine until done
3. Cook broccoli as directed on package & drain.
4. Mix together broccoli, soup, rice, onion, butter, & cheese. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
5. Place in a 9 x 13 inch oven proof dish.
6. Bake for 35 minutes
