2/3 c. oleo
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream oleo and sugar together. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Drop onto non greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 until light golden brown.

This is my Grandmother's recipe (Marie McMullen). I remember having these as a snack when I would spend time at my grandparent's house over the summer. After my cousins and I would come in from playing in the woods, Grandma always had these waiting as a snack.
