Ingredients:
1/2 c worchestershire sauce
1/2 c pineapple juice
4 - 5 shakes pepper sauce
1/2 tsp Cavender's© Greek seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic
2 1/2 lb steaks

Directions:
Directions:
We like to start our steaks and chops marinating the night before. This gives the meat the best flavor. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the worchestershire sauce, pineapple juice, pepper sauce, Cavenders© and garlic. Add the steaks. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Drain and discard marinade. Grill steaks over medium-hot heat for 8-10 minutes or until the meat reaches desired doneness. A meat thermometer should read 145º for medium-rare, 160º for medium, and 170º for well-done.
