2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c.(1stick) butter or margarine
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. buttermilk(or 1/2 c milk with 1 tsp vinegar)
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, oil, salt, cocoa, and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil, remove from heat. In a bowl, blend sugar and flour, pour chocolate mixture over flour and sugar mixture and blend. Add remaining ingredients, blend well. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan, bake at 350 for 30 mins.
