1 c. walnut meats
1 c. margarine or butter, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Finely chop the walnut meats in a blender or food processor, set aside. Cream together the margarine and powdered sugar. Add the vanilla. Stir in flour, salt, and nut meat. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls and place them 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated 400 oven until set but not brown (about 10 minutes). Roll the cookies in powdered sugar while warm, and then again when they have cooled.
