1 c. shortening (butter flavor)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugar, eggs. Add rest of ingredients. Roll into walnut size balls and roll in 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon combined. Bake 8 - 10 minutes at 400.
