2 T yeast
1/2 cup warm water
2 cups warm cottage cheese
1 tsp. dill willow
4 T sugar
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. soda
2 t dry diced onion
4 tsp dill seed
2 T melted butter
4-5 cups bread flour

butter and onion salt (to sprinkle on top after baked)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water, add all other ingredients knead(dough will be sticky) and let raise for 1 hour. Place in 2 or 3 very well greased round glass pans (small casserole dishes) and let raise 30 min more. Bake at 325 for 40 to 50 min.
brush with butter and sprinkle with onion salt
