1 roll Pillsbury croissant dough
1 c. frozen hashed brown potatoes
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
9 whole eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9 x 13 casserole pan, press croissant dough into bottom of pan. spread hash browns (or a peeled and diced potato), sausage, then cheese. Mix 8-10 eggs and milk. Season to taste with pepper, Mrs. Dash, or your favorite spices. Cook at 350º until eggs are firm.
