Dressing:
1 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white ground pepper
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp. paprika
Salad:
1 lb. mesclun (spring mix salad)
1 pt. strawberries (chopped)
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
1 small can mandarin oranges

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and shake vigorously the dressing ingredients. Toss together salad ingredients then add enough dressing to coat.
