1 c butter, 2 c flour 1/2 c sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk, 2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 c chopped macadamia nuts, 1/2 c chopped walnuts, 1/2 c chopped pecans, 1/2 c milk chocolate chips

In large bowll, beat butter until fluffy. Add the flou, sugar, and salt; Set aside 1 c for topping. Press remaining crumb mixture into a 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until set and edges begin to brown. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, combine milk and 1 1/2 c semi sweet chocolate chips. Cook and stir until melted. Remove from heat, stir in Vanilla. Spread over crust. Combine the nuts and all the remaing chips and crumb mixture,sprinkle over filling. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Cut into bars.
