1lb. ground ground beef
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1 medium clove garlic, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 cup water
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella, etc. whatever you like)
4 cups cooked spaghetti

Directions:

Brown meat, onions, green pepper, and garlic. Add soups, water, 1/2 cup cheese and spaghetti. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake until cheese melts.
