Pumpkin Cake Recipe

yellow cake mix (set aside 1 c. mix)
1 egg
1 stick margarine, melted


1 (29oz.) can pumpkin
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
2 tsp. cinnamon


1 c. cake mix
1 T. soft margarine
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts

Mix crust and press into a greased and floured 9 x 13" pan. Mix filling and pour onto crust. Mix topping with fork and sprinkle on top. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes, then 350 for 40 - 45 minutes.
