2 c. strawberries 4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. lime zest 2 T. lime or lemon juice 3 oz. pectin liquid
Add sugar and lime zest to crushed berries, mixing thoroughly. Let stand for 10 minutes. Combine lime juice with pectin and add to berries. Continue stirring for 3 minutes. Pour into containers. Let stand at room temp. 24 hrs. Then freeze.
