4 oz. cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter (I use crunchy)
2 tbsp. milk
2 cups whipped topping, thawed
18 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped
9 inch Oreo pie crust
2 tbsp. peanuts, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl until smooth.
2. Add peanut butter and milk. Beat 2 minutes or until smooth.
3. Fold in whipped topping and 1-3/4 cups chopped cookies.
4. Spread into pie crust. Sprinkle with remaining chopped cookies and peanuts. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours or overnight.

I use reduced fat (not fat-free) cream cheese, peanut butter, whipped topping and Oreo cookies. No one notices; it is so rich.
