2 c cubed potatoes
water
3 - 4 slices bacon
1/2 c chopped onion
1 3/4 c milk
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 t salt
Dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a covered 3-qt. saucepan, cook potatoes, in enough water to cover, until tender. Meanwhile, cook bacon in a skillet until crisp; remove to paper towels to drain. In the same skillet, saute onion in drippings until tender; drain. Add onions to drained potatoes. Stir in milk, sour cream, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until heated through (do not boil). Crumble bacon; set aside. Sprinkle with bacon, when serving.
