1 sm. Pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. Pkg instant banana pudding
3 c. Milk
2 t. vanilla
1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1 8 oz. bowl Cool Whip
1 bunch bananas (5 or 6 large)
1 box vanilla wafers
1 9x13 pan

Mix with mixer first 3 ingredients until thickened.
Stir in vanilla.
Add condensed milk and mix well.
Fold in Cool Whip.

Arrange layer of vanilla wafers in bottom of pan.
Arrange layer of sliced bananas on top of vanilla wafers.
Pour layer of pudding on top.

Repeat above layering.

Cover with plastic wrap.

Cool in refrigerator until cold.
