3 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 c chopped chicken
c chopped avocado
1/3 c chopped tomato
1/3 c ripe olive slices
c chopped green chilies
c chopped onion
12 tortillas (I use corn tortillas)

Sauce: 2 T margarine
2 T flour
1 c milk
1 t salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Make a white sauce with margarine, flour, milk & salt. Add 2 c cheese, stir until melted. Add the rest & mix well. Add mixture to tortillas and fold in half. Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
