Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 - 3 lbs. of your favorite beef steak
8 oz. barbecue sauce (below)

BARBECUE SAUCE RECIPE:
1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. whisky or bourbon
1 small onion, finely diced
1-1/2 T. fresh garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Use this marinade to cover the meat of your choice for 4 to 24 hours (the longer the better) before broiling or grilling to desired doneness.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a Jackson Hole, Wyoming, recipe.
The Mangy Moose Restaurant (in the Grand Tetons ski resort) uses this marinade on top sirloin steak, but any cut of beef, chicken, ribs or even fresh seafood can be used.

Cooked over hot coals on your BBQ is the best.
