1 Head of Romane lettuce washed, drained and broken up
1/2 toasted slivered almonds
1-3 Green onions diced
1/2 package won ton skins cut into strips and fried till a light brown.

Dressing
First step. Put the following ingredients in a glass jar:
3 Tbl Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tbl Sugar
1/2 Cup of Vegetable oil
1 tea salt

Directions:

Dressing:

Mix everything is a jar. Heat in a Microwave for 1 minute until it comes to a rolling boil. Cool on counter then place lid on Jar and refrigerate.

When ready to eat, assemble lettuce, almond, onion and Won tons. Stir in dressing and eat immediately!
