2 c water
2 c elbow macaroni
8 oz Velveeta ©
12 oz Smoked Ham
2 c frozen vegetables

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to boil in large skillet on high heat.
Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes, or until pasta is tender. Cut ham and Velveeta© into cubes, or you can use sliced lunch meat ham. Add ham and vegetables, cook until the vegetables are tender, then drain off excess water. ( You can leave about 1/2 cup of water. ) Add cubed Velveeta©, stirring frequently, until melted. Serve.
