4-5 Flour Tortillas. (taco size)
1- 16oz can Refried Beans
1- 10oz can Enchilada Sauce
1 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Spray 8x8 or 9x9 square or round baking dish with nonstick spray.

Layer ingredients....sauce,tortilla,beans,cheese.x3 then top with last tortilla,sauce, then cheese.
No need to preheat any ingredients or measure... just eyeball layers evenly.

Bake 30 minutes. Serve with traditional stuff like sour cream,guacamole, chopped tomatoes, rice.etc.

This is very simple,quick,filling meal. There are lots of ways to dress or spice it up. Be Creative!
