1 pound raw Texas shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup finely chopped yellow Vidalia onion
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1 can (6 ounces) mushrooms
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash cayenne pepper
1-1/2 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute shrimp and onion in margarine for 5 minutes or until shrimp are tender. Add mushrooms and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more. Sprinkle in flour, salt, and pepper. Stir in sour cream and cook gently for 10 minutes. Be careful not to boil mixture. Server over rice.
