1 Cup diced celery
1 Tbl honey
1/2 Cup sliced almonds
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Cup diced grapes
1 tsp Prepared mustatrd

Directions:

Mix well and serve with lettuce leaf in a whole grain tortilla, or pita bread, or cooked tortilla shell. You can even just wrap it in a lettuce leaf.
