4 chicken breasts, bone-in
3 Tbsp butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup carrot
1/2 cup of white wine (or chicken broth)
3/4 cup celery
1 Tbsp rosemary
1/2 of a fresh lemon, juiced
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Cover chicken with salt and pepper. Melt butter in a pan on medium high heat. Add chicken; brown on all sides; add onion, carrots, and celery and cook for 5 minutes. In a bowl to the side, combine wine, lemon juice and rosemary.
In a casserole dish, place browned chicken then pour over wine mix. Cook for 2 hours at 300
