1 1/2 cups quick oats
1 stick melted butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together with a spoon. Line three cookie sheets with aluminum foil. Drop about 1 teaspoon of mixture on foil about 1 inch apart. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Let cool completely on foil and gently peel off.
