2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
7 oz. jar marshmallow cream

Frosting:

1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. For cake: Cream butter, sugar, and cocoa; add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Add flour, coconut, and pecans. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 inch cake pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Spread marshmallow cream over cake while still hot.

For Frosting:
Melt butter. Stir in sugar and cocoa; then stir in evaporated milk and vanilla. Spread on warm cake.
