1 1/2 cups crushed Trefoil cookies
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1/2 cup finely chopped dried apricots
3/4 cup sifted powdered sugar, divided
1/2 cup light corn syrup
2 Tbs orange or apricot juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, stir together cookie crumbs, pecans, apricots and 1/2 cup of the powdered sugar. Stir in the corn syrup and juice. Use 1 level Tablespoon of mixture for each cookie; shape into balls. Roll balls in remaining powdered sugar to coat. Store in a covered container. Makes about 3 dozen.
