2 cups chopped cooked ham
1/2 cup green onions
10--8" flour tortillas
2 cups shredded cheddar
1 Tbsp flour
2 cups half-n-half or milk
6 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ham and green onions. Mix well. Spoon onto tortilla with cheese. Roll and place in buttered 9x13 pan.

Combine flour, milk, and eggs in a bowl. Beat smooth. Pour over shells. Chill. Let set 8-12 hours. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Bake, covered, at 350 for 25 minutes. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, and serve.
