2 lbs. ground chuck
1 medium onion (diced)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato sauce & tomato bits
1/2 cup Minute Rice
2 T. chili powder
1/2 green pepper, diced (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground chuck, onion, salt & pepper. (Green pepper, if desired). Sprinkle with chili powder. Stir. Pour this in a large casserole & add all remaining ingredients.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour & 15 mins.
