1 1/2 lb ground beef
3 slices toast
2 Tbsp parsley
1 clove minced garlic
1 egg
2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
flour
fat for frying
SPAGHETTI SAUCE:
2 c tomato sauce
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp worchestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Dip slices of toast into cool water, then squeeze dry. Combine with all other ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Form into 1 1/2" balls. Roll in flour to coat, then set aside for about 20 minutes - so flour will crust. Brown meatballs in 3 tablespoons hot fat. Cook over a medium heat until fully cooked. Then add to spaghetti sauce. To make SPAGHETTI SAUCE: combine ingredients and heat slowly. To serve, spoon sauce and meatballs over cooked spaghetti noodles.
