Ingredients:  
1 c cooked rice
2 Tbsp oil
1 c chopped onion
1/2 c celery
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3/4 c catsup
1 c shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute oil, onion, celery, and garlic. Add ground beef. Cook and stir until meat is done. Add salt, pepper and catsup. Simmer 5 minutes. Put rice into a large baking dish, pour meat mixture over. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350. Uncover and top with 1 cup shredded cheese. Bake 10 minutes more.
