1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1/3 c onion
3 tsp parsley
3/4 c bread crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp worchestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c milk
SOUR CREAM GRAVY:
4 Tbsp fat
4 Tbsp flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
2 c hot water
3/4 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and chill for 2 hours. Shape into balls. Brown slowly in fat until well done. Serve SOUR CREAM GRAVY: Cook all ingredients until thickened. Stir meatballs in sauce and serve over noodles or rice.
