1 head lettuce
1 cauliflower
1 red onion
1 lb bacon, fried and chopped
1/4 cup sugar
1 pt mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Layer like this: Lettuce, cauliflower, onion, bacon, sugar, mayonnaise, cheese. Be sure to spread mayonnaise to the sides of the bowl. Do not toss until the last minute.
